Should add an "Other Version Control Systems" forum

    Under "Services/Version Control" there are only forums for Plastic SCM and Collaborate. Other popular version control systems (Git, SVN, etc) don't have a place to post. Related threads end up in Scripting, Editor, or the External Tools forums, where they aren't really a good fit. Since we have a specific Version Control forum category already, I propose we add a catch all forum for discussion related to all other version control systems.
