Shared Comment import not working?

    Exporting to a csv with comments works fine, my shared comments are exported.

    However, when importing a csv with shared comments those shared comments are lost.

    Interestingly comments for a specific locale are imported correctly.

    Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

    (Currently I only have 1 locale, unsure if that has an impact.)
