Shadows Problems in HDRP.

    Basically, any change in camera angle causes the shadows to behave abnormally. And the contact shadows are difficult to get it right or I have been using them wrong. And there is always a lot gap between plane shadows whenever I use planes. Does anyone if this is a problem or I have been using HDRP wrong?

    Directional Lights in Mixed mode, all the objects are static in images.

    Contact shadow sucks in HDRP. They have sharp edges, these glitches are like in the screenshots, I never managed to configure them correctly.

    u saying directional light(s) as in more then 1

    I have tried all those, this only happens when we are trying move camera here. This is there in default scene (attached image), without any changes. This is the default sample scene. I have tried various settings, still not clear what exact settings are making this kind of effect.

    Having the same issue, it is about contact shadow, disabling it makes my shadows ok.

    But removing that makes it empty in there, we are working one something that is very close to camera, it's easily noticeable, most often there is just light near it.

    I will look at some demo HDRP projects to see if I get any bad shadows on those ones.

    Usually it is the case if the object is very thin. Like plane or quad.

    Same here.. shadow map generate strange artefacts on any surfaces...
    This happend after update to HDRP Uniyt Version 2021.2.5f1...

    Any idea how to get rid of this artefacts? Pleas Help....
