Shadows on Unity Indie

    Does Unity Indie support any kinds of shadow?

    I have a directional light which is positioned to the left and clearly brightening the left side of the scene, but I don't see any shadows.

    Unity indie doesn't support realtime shadows generated from the lights. Pro does. However, there are still several ways to do simpler shadow effects in Indie - lightmapping, projectors, various ways to do simple blob shadows. This has been discussed many times on the forums, so please use the search function.
