Bug Shaders glitching when game is built on another PC [HDRP]

    Hi!
    My team has been putting up with this visual glitch that always happens whenever the build is built on a specific couple of PCs. Over the months the bug has been spreading across most of them and we havent found a way to figure a solution.


    In this clip im simply "dragging" a gameobject with a meshrenderer using materials made with default HDRP shaders. At no point im altering the material or transform of the asset.

    The glitch in question happens with most assets, some sharing very different shaders, which makes me think this probably comes from a high-level graphical issue rather than the specific shaders being used here.

    This is not an issue when the game is executed from editor.


    I looked around and found no solution for this problem.
