ShaderGraph custom nodes work fine on 2018.3 but do not compile on 2019.1

    I have some custom ShaderGraph nodes that work fine on 2018.3 but when I compiled with 2019.1 generate the following errors:

    error CS0177: The out parameter 'Out' must be assigned to before control leaves the current method

    error CS0120: An object reference is required for the non-static field, method, or property 'object.GetType()'

    error CS0103: The name 'name' does not exist in the current context
