Shader warnings and game crashes on windows phone 8

    Hi,

    I'm new to windows phone development and i have some problems with game crash. When i try to run game on device its giving me this error:

    PlayerConnection accepted from WinRT socket

    But on Unity Editor all works well. Please help me.

    Hello, as for the Shader errors, Windows phone 8 use the DX11 but feature level 9.1. (Shader model 2 roughly).

    Inside Visual Studio Project property, on the debug panel, you can try to activate the native debugging. If you are lucky, you could ( mostly not but in case ) more information about the exception.

    Did this make your game crash, or make your shader invisible, or you just noticed the errors?

    I had an issue where my custom shader became invisible, only on WP8 platform. I saw that it had the SHADOW errors, so I removed my "UsePass SHADOWCASTER" and it then appeared fine... Not sure why it's doing this...

    Where is the setting to remove UsePass ShadowCaster, I'm getting same issues above

    Are you using a custom shader? Just open it up and see if the UsePass SHADOWCASTER is in there and comment it out and try again.

    Hello all, i am getting these warnings for the Unity default shader , like diffuse, vertixlit, can any one help me. I don't know what to do.

    These shader warnings are harmless. Feel free to ignore them.
