Shader Lagging (No Movement) if Not Holding Middle Mouse Button

    hello, so i am learning Shader Graph in unity from a YouTube tutorial but face this weird problem where movment in shader is not working Until i hold my middle Mouse Button, when holding Middle Mouse Button it is working as Expected, I am using Unity 2019.4.7f1 Latest LTS Version,

    NOTE: i couldn't found section for Shader Graph so i am creating this Thread in Genral.

    Click the icon next to the speaker icon in the scene view toolbar. You have "Animated materials" turned off.

    Without this, the time value in shaders isn't updated unless the scene view refreshes (eg, moving the camera or selecting objects).
