Bug Shader Inspector don't show correct non-english word

    Hello,i report the bug, and they become won't fix
    when in Unity2019.3 I create a unlit shader,and modify to this property, and it's ok.
    but in Unity2020.2.2, it show uncorrect when I create a unlit shader and modify it
    I think it's the default create shader file encoding changed.
    Hope you can tell them, thank you.
