Bug Shader graph not rendering well on the screen

I've some weird behavior with the layout of unity with some tabs including shader graph on my laptop.

I'm entering some simple shader graph shader I've created on my other computer and it shows it like this:



Beside the shader graph tab I've got an issue also with the package manager tab:



The Unity version I'm using is 2020.1

Tried to install the last version of Unity 2020, also tried completely reinstall Unity without any help.
