Bug Shader graph flickers when in subscene

    Left side is a basic unlit shader from Shader Graph
    right is the unlit URP shader that ships with Unity
    Top is outside subscene, bottom is inside subscene

    anyone know what the issue might be? Thank you

    not a bug, just my ignorance
    these settings don't flicker
