Shader forge

    hi,

    it seems broken (window plugin won't show up and textures are not recognized, pink)

    We don't do Shader Forge support but if a new version breaks such a popular package we want of course have at least a look if it is an intentional break or not.

    So... are we ever gonna see the most essential thing built in(a material editor) that actually works and performs well??? Don't get me wrong but it appears that this will only happen when and if the shader forge creator stops making money with its asset... In my humble opinion the asset is overpriced, full of flaws, but since it's the only one available ppl need to buy it...maybe its time 4 me to fully commit to unreal.

    I'm going to have to disagree with you on the point that the asset is overpriced, I actually think it's at a reasonable price considering what it does and how much effort goes into making it.
