The developer, Freya Holmer, stopped active development because she's been too busy working on actual game dev. Amplify Shader Editor and Unity's official Shader Graph fulfill the same functionality, though the later only works with the new lightweight and HD scriptable render pipelines. Shader Forge is now free up on GitHub, but it does not work with Unity 2018. https://github.com/FreyaHolmer/ShaderForge I believe there are forks by other users that get it working, but they may have other issues.
