Setup default scene when Openning Unity for the first time

Hello, when we clone from github a project, and open it for the first time, unity create an unsaved Sample scene. I would like unstead to tell Unity to Open a specific scene in the project when we just open Unity for the first time.

Is it possible ? where to look for ?
