Setting shader render queue? Water is rendering in front of other objects.

    I'm trying to incorporate a Pixelization Unity shader (linked below), on certain objects, however when I do, the water asset I am using looks to be rendering in front of the pixelated palm tree I added the Pixelization shader to.

    I tried adjusting the render queue and Render Layer but that didn't make a difference. I'm not quite sure how to describe this better for googling it so I thought I'd post here first. Is this a simple fix or do I need to modify my water shader settings as well?

    Using:
    Unity 2020 with the URP
