Is there an explanation of how PostProcessing acts differently between its three available color buffer format? R11G11B10 vs R16G16B16A16 produces very different images from the same scene. R32 acta like R16. Here is R11G11B10 with exaggerated bloom values: ...and here is the same shot under 16: I assume this is either a bug, or something that we have to take into account when working with higher precision color buffer.
