Services窗口点击Analytics后无限加载

在流行之前我还能正常打开服务中的分析面板，最近我在仪表板上发现项目统计的自定义事件数据下降的比较厉害，然后就分析下Unity的服务面板，发现分析打不开。
然后我测试一下，除了分析和广告点击后会可以无限加载，其他几个页面是打开的。
我需要帮助，拜托了！！！

我尝试了随便开启或关闭VPN都无法打开Analytics，测试了2019.3.2、2019.4.25都存在这个问题，但奇怪的是，2020.3.19能打开。
不过还好，我用Fiddles抓包试了下，自定义事件是离开了
但是，我如果想开一个新的项目并开启Analytics是不可能的，因为新的项目中Services Analytics最终无法在Unity中正常开启的
所以官方是放弃新人使用2019版本的Analytics吗，我该怎么办呢？
