'Services' keeps disabling?

    Just upgraded to 5.2RC1 yesterday and one thing I'm noticing is every time I restart Unity and go to the Services tab it asks me to re-Enable services. I hit Enable and set things up and then the next time I restart Unity I see the below screen again. I confirmed I am signed in to my account. Is this expected behavior?

    Hi noethis,

    Are you using any kind of revision system for your unity project? This project linking is saved with the Unity project so if the save is reverted, it will think that you never enabled the project every single time.

    Yeah, I'm using Perforce. But I'm not reverting any project files.

    Tried it on my laptop and it worked fine. So there must be a problem with my config on my PC?
