Bug Service usage shown on dashboard overview page inconsistent

    The displayed data usage in the headers does not match the value shown in the graphs for "Total bandwidth consumption" and "Average Bytes sent out of Relay".

    Which value is the correct one? If the difference in values is expected, what's the explanation and can it be added to the overview page for clarity?
