Resolved [Service Core 1.7.0] gc spike

    Looks like dependency of Authentication i.e. Service Core now has 40 bytes gc spike every frame. This issue really need to fix asap.

    The package version with the fix: com.unity.services.core (Services Core) 1.7.1.
