SEPT10 promo code not working

New September Promo Code not working. "SEPT10" says it is invalid. I tried many times.

 

Is the assets you want over $60

Does each asset need to be over 60 dollars? Or the entire order? I have 5 items, none are on sale, but 10-20 dollars each for a total of 64.69. I have used similar 10% off codes in the past, it has always been the entire order in the past.

 

Normally theres also some text to explain exactly what does or doesnt qualify, but im unable to find it - normally any code is a one off as in if you find a sale object if you use the code it changes the sale price back to normal then applies the code, it clearly says "extra10%" dunno what to suggest

 

I appreciate you looking, and nothing I have is on sale for that to be effecting it. It also clearly says "on all orders above 60 dollars" so I am assuming there is a bug that Unity will have to fix. I don't think its me or the products, I even tried to add a 100 dollar product as a test, the code itself just doesn't think it's a valid code. Maybe they forgot to set it to unlimited uses and it only worked for the tester haha.

 

yep I picked a random thing on my wishlist (eg i want but cant really justify as i dont need it) that was > 60 and got the same result

I confirm invalid code SEPT10, tested with assets with and without discount, several items or only one in the cart. The discount banner redirects to the page of the publisher of the week, something must be wrong with the offers.

 

Interesting subject. Guess very few folk actually buy anything that expensive from that Store?
No real interest from Unity about this. Not enough complaints?.Good thing probably...
Much too risky to spend that much moola these days in the Asset Store, even with the (non existent) "discount.
Might be an idea to close this thread? Or, horror, fix the complaint!

 

Confirmed, not working for me either, even though not sale asset...

 

I had the same issue last night and it still persists this morning. $159.52 of non-sale items (4 in total) and I get the invalid code error. Guess I will hold off until Unity rectifies it.

 

Sitting around with items in my cart waiting for Unity to address this. Holding off on all purchases until they do.

 

Not working for me either and I'm even trying to purchase a single 90 dollar asset

 

Hey guys, so to update everyone since Unity hasn't posted here, yesterday they responded to my support ticket and were trying to find the problem. Today they sent me a different 10% code for myself and said the SEPT10 code should be fixed today. Holiday weekend I am sure was why this took so long. But I would try again later today.

Yes, it works now (or at least for me)! If it isn't working for you then try this other promo code "CODEMONKEY10", it works and it's also for 10% off.

Could it be that it's a single use code? I actually did use it on another purchase in the past week.

 

Id expect so, i also noticed its not listed on the site but replaced with a 50% off sci fi banner, but having not bought anything - i did make that earlier purchase..

 

Probably that is the reason.

 

Unity support got back to me, confirmed it's a single use code.
