    Video game developer and publisher is based in Stockholm, Sweden is looking for a Senior Technical Artist with experience in the mobile gaming space. Their project is ambitious and the candidate will take one of the senior positions in building up the actual 3D world.

    Tasks:
    • Working closely with the Art Director and Tech Lead, building up the pipelines and tools between Art and Tech
    • Working on shader coding, asset and scene optimizing, and VFX
    Must-have:
    • Experience with building up pipelines and tools for mobile games
    • Expert knowledge of the entire 3D and 2D pipeline
    • Expert knowledge of implementing complex art assets and optimizing it
    • Full experience in making new shaders for mobile games
    • Expert level in non-linear animations with coding
    • Expert level of Unity3D and C# as well as other industry-standard graphic tools
    • Expert level of 3D software like Blender or MODO (using Blender as major software will be a big plus)
    • Good artistic eye and imagination to make eye-catching VFX and shaders based on limited references
    Nice-to-have:
    • Minimum 7 years of mobile game experience with multiple different projects
    • Willing to learn new skills, and adopt new software quick
    • As a gamer, you bring ideas from your gaming experiences
    • Start-up game development studio experience

    2. 30 minutes call with the Art Director
    3. Test assignment (2 weeks' deadline)
    4. 1-hour culture fit interview (with 2 members of the team)
    5. Reference stage
    6. 1-hour CEO interview
