Sending input from Custom android app to unity application running on Windows pc

Hello,

I am working on a project building a prototype for a touchscreen interface for a heavy vehicle. I am programming the interface in android and I want to run a simulation of the vehicle in a Unity application. I want to be able to send input from the android application to the unity app running on a PC. The android device will be connected to the PC via USB

Is there any smart way or plugin to achieve this?
