I'm making site called coldscripting.com and my goal is to make free tutorials but people can buy complete tutorials as well.

So, there is tutorials for using unity, everything can be completed without using any money, but people can support the site by buying completed tutorial assets for little as 2€.

Am I breaking unity TOS by doing this?
I don't want to add advertisements to my site.

No. Selling tutorials is a totally legit way to make money off the engine. Unity actually encourages it. More tutorials mean its easier for new customers to get started.

I would suggest looking into existing platforms rather then trying to build your own site. YouTube is great for free tutorials. Sites like Udemy are great for paid ones. There is little need to reinvent the wheel here.

To add to this, make sure you own the rights to sell any and all assets that are coming with your tutorials
