Seeking 3D Illustrator for Video Game Characters, Cosmetics & Environments

We’re looking for a 3D Illustrator ninja to join our team of 19 at Internet Game.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing in 2D, 3D modeling, and texturing a wide range of video game characters, cosmetics and environmental props.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with game designers to conceptualize and design characters, cosmetics and environments based on defined art style and aesthetics in 2D.
  
  
• Create highly detailed and visually appealing 3D models of video game characters, cosmetic items and game environments from concepts.
  
  
• Collaborate with the game development team to ensure all assets meet technical requirements and are optimized for real-time performance.
  
  
• Rapidly ideate new cosmetic items and deliver them within our aesthetic.
  
  
• Work with the animation team to ensure that all models are set up to be rigged and animated properly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and texturing for video games.
  
  
• Proficient in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unity, and Photoshop.
  
  
• Strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques, game engine limitations and optimization for performance.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create highly realistic and visually appealing 3D models in both high poly and low poly.
