Second Theme Iteration Modules not Downloading

Hi, I have just downloaded the new Unity Editor from the link posted in this following thread https://forum.unity.com/threads/second-editor-theme-iteration-feedback.643309/. The guideline says to download the editor and then install the modules but when I am trying to download the modules then the web-page is giving me an error. It says:-

Can you say that where can I download the modules how can I download it. Thanks. I have also attached an image which is the error I get in the webpage.
