Searching for a good Animator

My name is Pavel. I'm from Unnyhog startup, and we are working on this game :

We are searching for an animator, who could make simple animations like : walking, running, casting different spells, attacking with sword, receiving damage,...
We will have several different characters, and each has it's unique behaviour in his movements.

We have some money(not a lot, but some) to pay for the job.
