Search field at top of inspector

It would be convenient to have a search/filter field at the top of the inspector, that would show only fields that match the search term. Some components have a lot of properties and i'd like to search them. It may also help to multi-edit, by isolating the target field for (multi)editing.

Have no idea if/how it would work with custom inspectors though.
