Resolved SDK and NDK missing in hub 3.x

    In hub 3.x, even though it shows that sdk and ndk are installed successfully, they are still not installed
    Check the folder for missing content
    After I switched back to 2.x, I reinstalled unity, sdk and ndk before installing successfully

    beta 9 is ok! I can get complete sdk
