ScrollRect no longer working with 2017.3.1f1??

    Just updated a project to 2017.3.1f1 and now my UI elements that utilize scroll rect elements no longer respond to drags or clicks.

    ???

    What changed?

    Worked perfectly before upgrading [using 2017.3.0 (patch 1)].

    In this case, you most likely found a regression bug. Could you please submit a bug-report, following the advice given in this document, to allow Unity Technologies to fix this issue?!
