Scrolling in editor is hyper-sensitive.

I Just upgraded from Unity 2017.4.x to Unity 2018.2.7, and have run into a few problems. The most urgent being that the mouse scroll speed seems to have roughly doubled between versions. This has made scrolling using the track pad in any of the editor's Ui all but impossible on my laptop (Inspiron 11 3000 Series(3158)).

I've plugged in a mouse, and it also appears to exhibit a 2x scrolling speed increase between versions.

Is there any way to modify the scroll wheel sensitivity?

I can confirm this happen to me too since the first 2018 version that get released, but with an external mouse it's not so fast as the touchpad scrolling.
