Scrollbars are back! :(

    there has to be an easier way... please? Unity 5.1.1

    Either let us resize this box, or remove the horizontal scroll bars and auto place the + buttons (that are hidden under the vertical scroll bar there) on the right.

    Actually, this was the case a couple of versions back, but now we have scrollbars again.
