Scroll Rects stopped working properly with horizontal scroll disabled

    After updating my app from 5.4.x to 5.5.0b3 all my Scroll Rects stopped working properly.

    After some trial and error I found that enabling horizontal scroll made the Scroll Rect work properly again, though that's far from ideal since my content should only scroll vertical.

    [Edit] Same thing happens if only horizontal scroll is enabled, but then on the horizontal axis.

    Using Unity 5.5.0b3 on Mac.
