Question Screenspace alpha clipping

A light direction node would be really useful in shader graph. Amplify has one and you can use it to do some pretty awesome stuff. And it would be a great help to a non-programmer such as myself.

How can I make an effect to only show up in the camera space. I tried multiplying the z axis of the screen position by the clip threshold. It didn't work.
