This developer is trolling us. He did the EXACT same thing with the previous update.
I believe that most of you still remember trolling with SPECTRA GI it had to be soon, but still no here DDD Love Livenda's guys £80 for an useless asset
I think I'll stay away from this one.
Our team is in the process of converting to Unity 5 out of project needs. Any additional word from Livenda on the Unity 5 update?
Hate to come this far with the product just to have to find another solution.
No word from livenda in months. It's not looking good, I'd suggest this ssr it's free and open source for unity 5

btw, I received a reply a couple of weeks ago and Michael let me know they're already working on V2 and that v1.4 will not see the store because V2 would include many new features (he explained a bit about the improvements, faster, better and Unity 5 compatible....).
I'm sure when it comes, it'll be awesome.
I'm sure IF it comes, they'll receive horrible sales because of their lack of support and miscommunication.
Did he also say if V2 was therefore going to be a paid upgrade?

I guess both those earlier tweets (about 5 months ago then again 2 months ago) about submitting 1.04 were just straight up bs... Livenda such a hard worker... he doesn't even have a whole 10 seconds to update us about the non-existant 1.04 update.

Yeah, me of course! And the description says it's even faster than previous version and has more options. Eager to see the effects on my procedurally created scenes.
I actually have the money to waste on this thing. These guys have been clowns so far but i'll be a guinea pig if you want. With any luck ill get an SSR thing that handles forward rendering. What do you say

Well... I don't see any reflection in any of the 4 demo scenes. Could it be a problem on my side or related to my Unity version (I'm using 5.1.1p4). I'll contact Livenda. Do you see reflections?
EDIT: this is what I get on one of the examples. As you see, with Candela enabled the scene looks darker but I don't see any reflection. I'll reply when I got it working.
i didnt get the upgrade cause getting the money is too much of a pita for something that will probably be terrible. I hope charkes or similar make an SSR thing that works in forward, none of this flagrant money wasting on companys that should not be allowed to publish on the store
Umm... Candela V102 is great with Unity4. I'm not happy with the support and engagement of Livenda in the forum so far but that product was really impressive. I understand that if Unity has approved V2 is because it works!
Assets are as much about customer support (and respect) as they are software in themselves

Woulda thought they'd upgraded their demo scenes? Least its better when i got it (fool on me) and the scenes were only half together

Scrawk has done some great work. Check out his blog if you haven't already. He even shares all his work.
Scrawk's own ocean systen based on his previous works is in beta right now, I've done a few vids willh it in the thread in work in progress. It's looking good
Anyone manage to get V2 working? And any idea if it works in 5.1.x native VR? (although I realise it's not a good idea to use SSRR in VR, I am intrigued as to whether it works at all)
Hi, not yet. I have tried with 5.1.2 and 5.1.1p4 with no luck. The effect seems to do something but definitely no reflections. I'm in contact with Michael to find the cause (tried with the examples provided). I would like to emphasise that I'm really wishing this to work so I hope it's something related to my end or configuration.

Can you guys post some comparison screenshots (on/off/different settings) with the Unity 5 standard shader? Im curious how well V2 handles different reflectivities of PBR materials.

i update my unity into 5+ this days , and iv try to see why is the alpha dont affect the reflections anymore?
i mean , ALL objects are reflect i cant make some of them dont reflect at all?!
i did try going alpha from 0-1 and did try serval shaders include defaults
how do i make object exclude reflections at all.?
Hey there. I am using your SSR solution in forward rendering. For this to work, I need to use your shaders for my materials. I have some custom shaders for some of my surfaces, I was wondering if there was a way to access the SSR reflections in shaderforge? This'd be awesome..
Although I´ve read the recent posts here I´ve bought the package (Madness Sale).
After some testings I am heavily dissapointed:
1.The pixels beneath a reflected object are terribly wrong, see attached Screenshot.
This effect is visible in the example scenes, too.
2. In forward mode we are forced to use the delivered shaders
3. Missing distant based blurryness
(See page 10 of this thread, post from Cryunreal)
Unless someone shows me how to get rid of the rendering errors the package is useless for me.
I grant one week of time to the provider unless I give a one star review.
Any help is welcomed.

You know that SSRR is provided by Unity for 5.3+ now, right?
Livenda is trying again with their latest CTAA. Come on Unity! how can you allow and promote such scam seller in the Unity Store ( Again ? ) I just can't understand how Unity keep allow this seller to come back to the store??? Come on!
