Bug Screen Position not working on Cameras with Base / Overlay?

    TLTR:

    Is Screen Position not working on Cameras with Base / Overlay?
    I am doing something wrong?

    Any help is appreciated!

    Unity 2020.1.12f

    In the screenshot you can see I have setup a basic Shader Graph using Screen Position.

    Also notice that I am using 2 cameras, 1 Base and 1 Overlay Cam that has been added to the Base Camera Stack.

    Also of note, this is using the Universal Render Pipeline.

    However, I can't seem to get these to cameras to render to the game screen correctly. You can also see that the editor camera (No camera stack) is working as expected.

    Base Camera has Cullling Mask set to "Nothing
    The Overlay Camera has a Cull Mask set to "Default"
