Screen Corruption when enabling recording on Android

    See attached.

    Any ideas? I've seen a similar thing in 'Cartoon Survivor' currently available on the app store so presume its something SDK related?

    I'm running Unity 5.2.2p2, phone is running Android 5.1 and has a PowerVR GPU.

    If I switch task out then I see the game screen again - all the UI is still functioning in the background

    Apparently this is due to the device being incompatible but I guess rather than reporting itself as incompatible it causes the graphical corruption blocking the whole screen. (requiring manual blacklisting of device)

    I think I'm going to have to remove Everyplay support for now and revert to screenshot sharing, don't like the idea of the potential for unhappy customers who find the game unplayable due to this.

    Maybe I'll look into implementation at a later date.

    Could you share the phone brand and model?

    Hi,

    Certainly - I've already got a reply through support telling me it'll be an incompatibility issue but for clarity here, the phone is a Meizu MX5 running Flyme 5.
