Hi, I created private scoped registry using Verdaccio that contains our inhouse tools, It's a shame scoped registries don't have any way of exporting scoped registries, wildcard fill works for packages that are under other subdomain than unity, but when it comes to playstation or switch packages, they're under com.unity and so we have to specify package names exactly, anyway export/import would speed up the process a lot and it should be pretty easy to implement.

I usually just bring up the
    Packages/manifest.json
file and copy/paste what I need.

It's like 100x faster than dealing with the Package Mangler clickfest, click, wait 2 minutes, click, wait 2 minutes, click, oh wait it wasn't ready, wait, it took my click anyway, now I'm in the wrong place, wait 2 minutes to load... spinning... are you ready to load now? No wait, refresh...

Honestly, I'm not expecting any meaningful improvement in the Package Mangler. The Package Mangler is utterly and totally useless. Somehow everybody seems to think it is "okay as it is," which absolutely baffles me.

    YMMV.

Of course it is, but wouldn't it be nice if you didn't have to do it, I want things easier for my team by doing this, at least I need to do it once per project for now...
