Scoped Registry Packages don't update

    I've got a verdacio server set up and all is working except for when a user updates a package. There pacman UI will claim that the new version was downloaded but will not visibly trigger a new download or recompile. Forcing users to get confused and restarting the editor seems to be the only solution.

    This only happens with our own packages and not with unity's own packages. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi @pablothedolphin,

    Can you report a bug, please? We'll look into it as it's not the expected behavior.
