SceneVisibility Icon toggling for actual Scene hides all but doesnt show all?

    The little icon for toggling sceneVisibility doesn't appear to unhide objects, ie if I click it, all objects within my scene are hidden but clicking it again (tried with and without holding alt) doesn't undo the hide, meaning I have to unhide each object manually. Am I missing something? I tried with a blank project and it appears to have the same effect. This is all with 2019.01.b1

    update- b2 fixes this behaviour
