    I changed the name of the 1st scene when I was in the 2nd scene and everything in it disappeared. I worked hard, how can I get it back.

    You were changing the name of a scene while that scene wasn't open? If you then opened that renamed scene, and nothing is in it, it was empty to begin with. Did you forget to save it or maybe you tried to open the wrong scene?
