Scene transition error help

As you can see here in THIS VIDEO, i am having issues with scene transaction. I've checked everything twice and i still have no idea what's wrong. the scene just wont load in that particular transition.

Any help is really and greatly appreciated as i am at my wits end here.

 

It looks like the scene is transitioning and then transitioning back. Hard to say what the problem is specifically without any explanation how you're doing this. If you're using trigger colliders to decide on when to do a scene transition, perhaps you're placing the player onto a trigger collider which then triggers sending the player back to the previous scene. Just a guess.
