Bug Scene Overlays Broken (2022.2.1f1)

    The menu for selecting overlays (right click on scene tab => overlays menu) is broken.

    It shows up for 1 frame then disappears. No warnings, errors, anything. Just moved from 2021 to 2022, this is a new regression.
