Scene locking in Unity 5.3 MSE (multi-scene edit)

    Am I blind, or is there no scene locking/unlocking?
    It was announced in the original video/blog post, and much discussed in the comments...

    That part has not shipped yet and wont be in 5.4 either but might make it into 5.5
