Resolved Scene/ Game view pixelated

HI, after installing and uninstalling a rain package, my scene and game view turn fully pixelated and idk how to fix that, can someone tell what to do please.

 

Do you use any upscaling?
You can also set the game view resolution where it says 16:9 ratio

 

I already fixed, idk how shaders works but when i install the package one of the shaders that comes with it corrupt the urp data, so i have to clear all urp files and copy & paste those from a new urp template
