Question Scene doesnt save properly

I am using 2018.3 and i am trying to remove a rigidbody component, then save the scene then reload scene and the rigidbody is not deleted. It shows a previously deleted rigidbody greyed out which can be reverted but i cannot delete that rigidbody

 

I solved it unpacking the prefab
