Scene Combining? Moving things from one scene to another

Hey guys,

I'm on Unity 4.6 pro, and I have a quick question.

So in one scene, I made a nice little island, its got multiple terrain tiles (2 x 2).

And I want to move the island to my other scene, which has a bigger more main island for my game, So I want to take the little island, and move it into the big world and place it in a distinguished spot.

Is this possible? or is there any asset that can assist me with it?
