Scattering/Twirling the edges of a mesh

    Hi, in my game the clouds are actual 3d low poly meshes. My idea is to use a shader to scatter (or twirl, or somewhat deform) the edges of the cloud mesh so that it appears more natural. To be fair I have no knowledge about shaders, but I know how to code in general so if someone can point me in the right direction to write such shader I would be very thankful.

    If anyone know a shader that can do something like this please let me know.
