Scale lock axis.. am i going mad?

If I select an object in my scene, the Inspector Window gives me the ability, under the Transform section, to scale along all three axis.

There used to be a 'lock' icon next to 'Scale' so you could scale all axis simultaneously.

Has that been removed, or am I going mad?!

 

i think some plugins adds extra buttons there, for copy,paste,lock etc.

similar to this, but it was some other plugin that ive seen before

Now I wondering which asset I've got might add a lock symbol between 'Scale' and 'X'...
