Scale a sprite individually within a bone hierarchy system?

    Hey guys, I was wondering how it's possible to scale the sprite image without effecting the children, using this new sprite animation system?

    To explain this a bit further, I have a 2d sprite based character that's underneath a bone heirarchy. Let's say I want to scale the pelvis sprite or the torso sprite with a little "squash and stretch" feel, currently if I use the scale on those, of course their children are going to scale as well which is bad. (scale the torso, and the neck/head/face/hair scale as well)

    I am trying to find functionality that will allow myself the ability to scale these pieces without effecting their children.

    Any ideas?
